From small teams to large companies, Rhythm of Success invites colleagues to step outside their everyday roles, listen to each other and create together. Guided by Özgür Adıgüzel, participants get behind the decks, explore beats and transitions, and shape music as a team.

Daytime workshop: 4 hours. Open to all company employees; no musical knowledge or DJ experience is required.
Add live rhythm to the workshop
One or more live percussionists can join the workshop on request. This optional addition is quoted separately.
From workshop to evening event
Continue the experience with a 3-hour evening DJ performance and event tailored to your company — to celebrate a milestone, thank your team or enjoy a special evening together. This optional service is quoted separately.
DJ music meets live performance
Add percussionists and musicians on other instruments to the evening event. The evening event, live musicians and additional sound and lighting are optional and quoted separately to suit your needs.
